Winter Parking Ban in Effect

 This is a reminder that the winter parking ban is in effect. There have been changes to the Ordinance since last year as follows:

A.  No Parking on any City street from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. from December 1 to April 1.

B.  No Parking on any City street from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. from April 2 to November 30 when 2               inches or more of snow or any ice accumulation is predicted by the Binghamton National Weather              Service.

Demolition and Road Closures

 Mitchell St. and State St. will be closed on August 31st and September 1st for the demolition of the brick structure located on the corner of those streets.  Please plan accordingly.

CITY PARKS ARE OPEN!

Please remember that playground equipment and pavilions are not being sanitized! Use of those is left up to the individual/parent. Social distancing still applies, as does the wearing of masks. Hand sanitizer before and after visiting the Parks is highly recommended.
