2019 RESIDENTIAL PAINT REBATE PROGRAM

Submit your sales receipt from any paint retailer along with the dry paint can lids to our Code Enforcement Office and receive $10 back per gallon (up to 20 gallons). Exterior paint only, please.  Program ends on October 31, 2019 or until funds are exhausted.

2019 SIDEWALK PROGRAM

A residential sidewalk replacement program has been resurrected for 2019.  The price is $32 per linear foot. If you would like further details, contact the Finance Department at 607-334-1250. The deadline is July 12 for applications.

TREES AVAILABLE

City residents and business can request a tree to be planted in the space between the curb and sidewalk. Request must be made by April 15 by using this form:  https://forms.gle/LwYMrjLPYDSrAaqv7 

Planting area must be at least 4'x4', not within 10' of street signs or hydrants or 15' from an intersection. Property owners must agree to help care for the tree.

Spring Cleanup Has Begun

Spring Cleanup of yard debris will be from April 8th to May 7th. As always, clear bags or biodegradable paper bags must be used- no colored bags or cardboard boxes. Brush must be tied with string; branches and no longer than 6' or 3" inches in diameter. DOG PARK PUBLIC HEARING

There will be a Public Hearing to hear public comment on the creation of a Dog Park in Greenway Park on River St. on February 5, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at One Court Plaza.
