Credit Cards are now accepted by the City of Norwich!! The Finance Office has been working diligently to make credit cards an acceptable form of payment for a while and now it's here. Please be aware that there will be a convenience fee of 2.95% charged to your card. You may also pay your water bill online. Look for the link ONLINE PAYMENTS on the Finance page of our website.
